I am new to this forum, sir i am using reliancebroadband unlimited download, but i am downloading any torrent with 30 kbps speed, but i want to increase my net speed, please sujjest me how to speed up my net.

Can you please post which plan you are on is it 256kbps or 512kbps, if it is 256kbps then you are getting correct speed and there are no other ways to increase speed and we don't discuss any hacks or cracks here

can you please post the name of your broadband pack with speed details

my internet connection is : reliance broadband connection.

and speed is flatfree 300kbps for daily rental of Rs.40/-

and when did you take/start this connection..?

i get 37.3 kBps constant when downloading torrents and from other sites speed never goes below 36.5 kBps.

i have taken it 1 year before.....

thats the maximum speed of a 300 kbps connection.. so you cannot increase it .

BE happy that you get maximum speed

hello that is only plan name of 300kbps but i am getting 30 kbps only

the maximum transfer rate for this 300 plan should be around 37.5kbps and as you said you are already getting 30+kbps so its alright and there is no other legal way to increase speed.

OK , i got confused with another post...

for 300 kbps u should be getting around 36 kBps.. so its pretty normal. Have tried using torrents ?

prasad ..please be informed that RIL updated the 300Kbps to 400Kbps at same rate..Only the problem is that old customer were not intimated with the same. Please call Customer care and increase it to 400Kbps. At 400 Kbps you will get download speed of 50KBps

yes...u get 400Kbps at old price of 999 per month

i called cc and they told this doesnt apply for wimax only for wired connection.

Theres no way to increase net speed. hacks are neither safe nor discussed here!
