    Thumbs down Reliance the most Bulshit ISP

    HELLO FRIENDS

    I WOULD DESCRIBE MY EXPERIENCE WITH RELIANCE IN THE COMING LINES.

    MY FIRST APPLICATION FOR INTERNET CONNECTION->

    I applied for a reliance connection in month of dec.A reliance agent came 2 my place and took my application form along with a cheque of 500 as installation charges.He promised me that i will get connection within 1 week.
    I received a verification call and after that did not got any information from reliance.I called the agent and reliance customer care many times but of no use.Just fake assurance and fake show off that we care for our customers.
    Anyways i did not got the connection..
    After 35 days i received a legal notice from reliance that i have not paid the bills for the connection that was given to me and if i dont pay the bill they will start legal proceedings against me.I was totally shocked !
    I sent a letter to the reliance in reply to the legal notice ,i gave them all information that i never got the connection then how can u bill me..
    After that no communications from reliance.
    time passed and one more agent came 2 my place and told this time i will definetly get the connection.Again i gave him all the documents and he went.
    After many calls which i made again 2 reliance customer care this time they gave me the internet connection.
    Connection installed at my home->

    A reliance person installed the connection at my place.When i checked a lot of echo was coming in the line.I told him to then he told he will come next day to repair it.But he never returned.Time passed i never used my land line as so much echo was there that u cant talk to any one.I made many complains but just fake complain numbers no one came to take care of them.
    After some days my both broandband and land line connection went down.I called customer care and they registered complain and told within 24 hours my problem will be sorted out.But again 2 days passed no one neither called me nor came 2 my place.In the mean time i kept calling reliance customer care and they kept giving me assurances that the problem will be solved.
    After one day when i again called reliance customer care they told that my complain is closed and problem is solved.This was the second shock that reliance gave me.I told them my connection is still down no one came how can u close my complain.they again registered a complain.This time again nothing happened.Finally i sent a mail to reliance requesting disconnection of internet connection and landline.On second day a person from relinace called me and told we are at your place and we have repaired the connection.Then my connection started working.

    ** one thing i forgot to tell..In the mean time once reliance people connected my land line to some one else.I paid the bills for those calls also which i never made.

    I have these conclusions about reliance->
    1)Everyone is the boss in reliance.They never care for there customers.
    2) Reliance customer care is a fake thing.They cant do any thing.
    3)BSNL is any way better then reliance.

    Not at all surprised to see what youve gone through! The forum seems to be full of such complaint letters. doesnt Reliance notice all this??

    i don't know they notice or not but being a big company they must know what the people think about them.They should have a proper cell to see these complains and to answer them.

    Whatever connection you take, its the same story. Business policies and careless after sales customer care has made every product a nightmare for its customers.

    There is nothing in The Hands Of Customer Care Executives..
    They will Take your Complain and just Forward it to The LOcal Technical Dept..

    You Should have visited the your City's Main Reliance Office and Should have Caught The Area Incharge or Manager by Collar..
    These Reliance People only know the Language of Legs and Boots..

    So...Next Time this Happens..Follow My Rule.
