Default Capping in 300Kbps Plan?

Hello all...

Week before a guy comes from reliance broadband to my place and offered 300 KBps unlimited plan in 650 bucks.. He also offered that plan without installation and deposit, Plus a base phone... So couple of day back i got the connection and speed is same... I just need to know whether reliance follow that Fair Usuage Policy??? I asked him so many times but he seems to be confused, but ultimately he said that reliance don't follow FUP... Can anyone confirm that???? Because i've started downloading

i have also opted for that plan what's the speed you are getting both download and upload
If you can please do a speedtest and post the results here
confirmed from reliance CC multiple time that they don't follow Fair Usage Policy on Reliance Broadnet
They implement it on Reliance Netconnect plus [EVDO]

Yep. There isnt any FUP. I download more than 2.5 Gigs a day, and monthly about 50 GB. No issues.
