    Default Info On Reliance Metro Ethernet

    1. 1 CISCO ME 3400 2 Dual WAN Port Fiber and 32 10/100 Mbps Ethernet
    2. 4 12 VDC Batteries to Support the Units up to 4 hours
    3. DC Cooling Fans
    4. SMPS Which COnvert AC to DC and Charges the Battery and Support DC ME3400 Switch from 36 VDC to 72 VDC Range
    5. DC Bulb for Night time Operations
    6. Ethernet Cables, Wire Managers, Earthing Connector to Prevent Lighting Effects.
    7. 12 Core Fiber / only 4 Cores were Used / Only 2 Cores are Required / other 2 are for Backup.
    8. We can Connect Normal Ethernet Cable to any PC and can go to http://10.239.89.15 (Reliance Broad net Authentication Server) and get Broadband
    9. We can Connect Supplied Voice Over IP Device and Connect a 1 / 8 / 16 / 32 / 64 POTS Line IP to Land line Switch and get Land line over Ethernet
    10. IPTV / Video on Demand Units coming in next few Months as claimed by the Contractor.

    is this stuff for commercial customers or even 4r residential ones

    Its for residential one's,this is the best mode of broadband connectivity in India!!!! connecting through this u will get cent percent speeds with 0% latency all day long.

    had called cc. 10Mbps is the maximum speed available on metro ethernet now, but the prices are high and the stupid 10GB data capping, y don't they just make it unlimited and provide true broadband speeds to customers, they are having terabytes of bandwidth with them, they just wanna loot the customers by providing crap speeds..
