I m thinking of getting reliance netconnect broad band

is it fast ?

any one using it ?

will it work on mac ?

1. Reliance Netconnect promises 3.1 mbps speeds - so it should be very fast. Even if it gives 80% of the promised speed, it will be super.

3. Yes. It will work on MAC as long as there is a usable (free) USB port.

Reliance Netconnect BB+ works on wireless EVDO Rev.A technology. While the claimed speed is upto 3.1 mbps download and 1.8 mbps upload, the actual performance depends on the wireless signal strength. However, u can expect an average performance of around 1 mbps.

As regards OS, it presently supports Windows 2000 (SP4), Windows XP (SP2), Windows Vista 32/64bits, Mac OS ( 10.4 version)
