Thread: not able to connect to hub users

hi i have got reliance broadband 75kbps unlimited and i use a wireless router linksys wrh54g i have changed the setting in apps and gaming to enable dc++ wit i/o port to 612 and changed the ip address to 192.168.1.111
i live in mumbai and i try to connect to this hub nidakhan.no-ip.biz:1209 i m able to connect to it but once inside i m not able to connect to any of the users
even if by chance i do connect my download speed remains at around 50-60 BYTES/SEC
i cant understand why this is happening y am i getting such a bad speed while the same users are uploading from my comp at 500 kb/sec and i m geting speeds in bytes can any1 help me here
