Thread: download speed 8 times faster via torrent

Hi all,

I was downloading a movie in utorrent. It gave me dwl speed around 11KB as my plan is 100kbps. But yesterday the download speed went upto 90KB and upload speed upto 80KB. and that movie which is almost 1 GB took 4 hours to finish.

What I found was there are two local peers connected to me and data transfer was going on full speed. those ips start with 123.. and 124..

So some reliance users in hyderabad also were downloading the same file. So it would be better if all reliance users share the data in full speed using some dc++ hub so that it wont take ages to download anything. Has anyone created any dc hubs in hyderabad? if not any one interested in creating one?

im a reliance 300kbps user from vizag....n sometimes im getting 4.1mp/s also for download...how does this happen?

sometimes i got 1-1.5 mbps download speed
but my plan is 512 kbps
