Default Reliance Customer Care.

I had a problem with my Reliance connection. Rang customer services told them the problem, i was told some would call to the house, i thought this will never happen. Two days later a man from Reliance came to the house, fixed and the problem. He was very quick and helpfull and a good service all round.

But i dont know how to get Reliance to send me bill via the post. Been with them over 1 year and never had a phone bill via the post, i tell them every month that you never send a bill. always get mine via the website now.
Is it because i live in Goa.

Reliance must give you bill by postal(courier actually) if they are not sending you with that pls ring their nodal officer and feel no guilt in saying that "ok now i am leaving reliance" and they will work surely...


this one happened with Papa,,,. they first send him by courier for all four years( till the plan completed) and after it couriers stopped billing by sms started.. so we have to tell them, "take away your phone and give us the rest of money"

they have started to post and take the cheque from home more punctually..

what are you saying? "i am leaving reliance"
i have been saying that to these guys for 2 weeks now
apparently in comparison to your officer the officer in my area is more tolerant

apparently i said it to one of their senr. execs over the phone and she shouted back, "Don't tell me to cancel, i am not in-charge....if it doesn't get cancelled.............blah blah blah.......it takes 15 days to cancel...................."
no apologies. no re-consider requests, ha ha. jokers.

and now there is this guy who keeps calling around 2 days after the connection was cancelled......."kya aapka naam ######.....kya problem thi......"

teri maa ki, 1 mahine se bata rahe hain ki kya problem hai....besharam 1 mahine mein bhi nahi pata chala ki kya problem hai?.............
you see, everytime you call reliance you have to explain the same thing from start to finish to every exec. even though i suppose they keep notes, and every time they act as if they know nothing......
