Default Two connections applied - No Feedback

    Hi,

Me and friend applied for two reliance wireline connection on 05th November 2009. The executive committed the connection will be provided in 7 days but till now I did not get any feedback from them. For my friend connection verification was done ten days back but still no reply. For my connection, verification failed because the door is locked. All of my room mates are working, so we cant be there at home all the time expecting him. We informed them to arrange verifcation with 12:30PM(anydays) or on friday, but nobody responed. I spoke to the Team Leader and then manager, but no proper response from any one. Most of the time they did not pickup the call. Its around 20 days now, we did not get any feedback for both the connection.

    The Reliance Communication Address is

Reliance Communications, Umiya Suntech, 5th Floor, 7B & &C, Sadarmangala Indl. Areas, Whitefield Road, Bangalore – 560048.

Application Number:- 17800012366799, Name:- Kather Meeran.

Application Number:- 17800012366781, Name:- Louis Dion.

Close ASAP and provide the connection

    Regards,
    Karthikeyan M

    Default Complain No. 114608934

    Hi priyan!

by chance i was browsing and found your thread on this forum. I am a Reliance Broadband subscriber UI : 362933787223. Since last 4-5 days my connection speed goes to 0/0. I disable my broadband connection then, and then enable it to get connected again only to repeat the cycle after every 20-45 mins. Since 02.12.2009 i have lodged complaints (114358286 , 114436492, 114580043) but somehow they automatically get closed without anybody calling me whether actually the problem has been resolved or not. The latest complain number as mentioned above was lodged after 114580043 was closed in 2 hours with the feedback that" adapter has been changed" without anybody actually contacting me! Please see if you can do something.

PS: I registered just because of your here!

114608934 was automatically closed again. Lodged a new one 114673347 on 07.12.2009. In the meantime dug up my product information brochure i got when I had taken the connection with the names of the persons written by pen on it, go hold of one of them, now an officer in the company, who directed to local support people. The people paid me a visit. Issue resolved, paa download complete, now downloading radio @ average of 300kbps as reported by DUMeter installed on my system.

Lesson learned : Bother to tell reliance customer care to get only a complaint number. Bribe local support with good quality movie (2012 in my case) and they'll do your job in 24 mins rather than 24hours. Beat that!!
    Very Happy Now.

    Default Complaint regarding Reliance Speed

    Hi priyan
I am using reliance 300kbps unlimited combo plan. Since last month my downloading speed is down to 240kbps. I used to check it through your speedometer.
I used to get 312kbps to 316kbps till October end. The upload speed is fine.

    Reliance ID: 370848592004

    Pls do the needful

    Thank you

I am extremely sorry for the late reply will check and revert. Although what you are getting now is the ideal speed rather then the previous one.

    Default Login Problem

    Hi priyan!

FIrst of all, RCOM net is doing a great job! I am getting the promised speeds on unlimited broadband wired connections.

I have a dual booting system (Win XP and Ubuntu). When booting into XP and rebooting into Ubuntu, I get "unable to login, please contact NOC" error. Customer Care seems to have no quick fix for this issue. I usually have to wait for a long time to get unblocked and login again. Hope you can help me.

    Default D-Link Router Configuration

    Hello Priyan,

I am using Reliance Broadband(Wired) since 2007. My User Id: 237144547711.
Three weeks back my ADSL modem(UTStarcom, UT-300R2) starts malfunctioning.

I called local Reliance representative and after checking they advised me to buy a new ADSL modem from the market.

I got a D-Link GLB-802C ADSL router. But can't configure it, so I called local Reliance rep. again and they told they are not aware of the configuration of such router. I called R-CARE also but they told Router vender may help me.
I contacted D-Link support and they told it needs VPI/VCI and some other ISP specific information to configure it.

Once again I contacted Reliance rep. and he told they have no such information. He also advised me to buy a circuit board for that UTStar modem from a local computer shop. Without thinking twice I bought a
circuit board . I informed it to Reliance rep. and he came to my place and replace the circuit board and it starts working. Four days passed, the modem starts creating problem again and finally stopped working.

Since then, ten days passed and I am unable to access the Internet from my PC. No one from Reliance extended their help to solve my problem.

Would you please help me to configure my D-Link router.
