Dear Mickey,
The ad you are reffering to is an extract from the site.
If you observe,you will notice 100kbps has a "#" sign, which indicates an explantory.
This explanatory says that as per TRAI only 256kbps and above are considered broadband.

I hope this satisfies your query.

Those new plans are now available in Hyderabad.
The Plan649 seems to be better than the BSNL UL 750.
Plan649-speed 300kbps for Rs.700(Rs.650+Rs.50 rental for phone and you get Rs.150 talktime too) vs BSNL UL 750 256kbps for Rs.750.
Better speed for a cheaper price.

It is 649, there is no phone rental.

As the plan (Combo-649 - 300 kbps + 150 calls free ) is very interesting, so i have applied for the connection. I have given all the docs. on 26/09/2009 . But as of now there is no response from reliance end. I already contacted reliance customer care, but no result. I also tried to contact the sales person , who took my application & documents, but they are not responding/picking to my call .

I want an upgrade for my 1mbps plan. Im overpaying way too much. Its an 800rs difference between Rel and Atel. And the Customer service reps from reliance even encourage me to switch. GIMME AN UPGRADE!!!!!

Reliance launched new cobmo plans. But the existing customers cant migrate to those plans. They are saying get the current connection disconnected and apply for new connection+pay installation charges again to get the combo plans. Big Cheaters.
