Rep Power: 0 | Hello, I have been using Reliance Broadband Plus since a week and I'm highly satisfied with it .. It is giving me great speed and great downloads .. By the way, I have a 10 GB usage limit but on their website, the data I have used is displpayed in KBs per session .. SO now how Do i calculate the total amount of usage as I cant just add all my session and KBs and then divide it by some number to get the actual GB or MB size .. SO is there any way to calucate the data usage with a easier method ?? |

Rep Power: 0 | hi friends we can check our usage with out logging on to reliance site,if you are using Huawei EC1260 USB card for sure, beacause i dont test any other models, you may try. *Procedure 1.Disconnect and shutdown your EC1260 modem. 2.Open file "PluginsConfig.xml" using "Notepad" or any text editor from Netconnect Installation path.Default would be "C:\Program Files\Reliance Netconnect - Broadband+\config\PluginsConfig.xml' 3.Go to line #57 i.e. Change line from '<!--item name="NetInfoUIExPlugin" clsid="AC7C3BF8-40C1-4b39-8B67-32F85E6B2E6F"/-->' to '<item name="NetInfoUIExPlugin" clsid="AC7C3BF8-40C1-4b39-8B67-32F85E6B2E6F"/>' 3.Now save and exit file "PluginsConfig.xml" 4.Insert modem and ,start your application(Reliance Netconnect),you can see new tab as "Statistics". 5. From statistics tab we can monitor usage both d/l and u/l for current session, day, month and yearly data in MB or GB. see the screenshot in attachment. |
