Perhaps not.
But there is no point speculating. Just wait and watch.
Quality comes at price!! if u subscribe to MTNL's 512 KbPS plan i can bet u wont get more than 480 KbPS, till now reliance gives 500 KbPS bandwidth for 1199 PM(on wire-line Broadnet) which includes free local calling of 150 hence 1199-150=1049 so u r paying 1049 for 500 KbPS,so according to me it can't be considered as "expensive" considering the fact u r getting Fiber to Node connectivity with constant speed all day long.

Airtel has reduced its charges now i'm seriously thinking of shifting......hope reliance brings the costs down
use "Quality" word with precaution, airtel wins in customer care rest it have nothing to shout about and also they have applied FUP on plans, but comes no where near Reliance(when comparing Wire-Line Broadband access) only Reliance is giving Fiber to Node connectivity in India!
still not satisfied then visit this
