Thread: Reliance broadband - No internet connection still

Hi,
This is Saleem staying at road# 2, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. I am also facing the same problem with the Reliance broadband. They took 500 rupees for installation charges and promised that connection will be given within week max. Executive has collected the money in mid May month, after two weeks they said that they have some problem with the connection and there is no facility to give me the connection and said money will refunded after 45 days. By now it has been more than three months I did not get my refund. I called them many times for my own money but always keep telling you will getting the money with in week and now they are not lifting my call itself. The person who has taken my money is Mukesh (mobile# 9390311002) and he is in charge for my area.

They have given receipt/acknowledge for Rs 500 and its number is 17800000455158.

With this experience i came know why people curse reliance broadband and its customer service. It really sucks!

Dear Saleem,

I checked on our side and services have been delivered to you, then why this kind of complaint.

Infact they even called and confirmed the same from you.

Are we mising onto something.

Reliance broadband is a cheat. There service is very bad. They should be shunned.

I am Angelo from Coimbatore....they did the same thing to me....but I have not yet received an acknowledgment also....but the money is taken from my account in the name of RICL.........I just got my bank statement....Since I had no proof then I just kept quiet....I have not yet received my internet....Almost 2 months now since the money was taken.....I have decided to take them to Consumer Court and I got a lot of neighbors who have not yet received their connection......my phone number 9894410136....if u faced the same prob u can support me for this case.
