I taken broadband connection at 299 per month (1 GB). After a month , got a bill of Rs. 4756 and approx usage of 4.2 GB and disconeted the same month . I didn't get any kind of alert prior to this, even my credit limit was Rs 2000.
I raised my grievance to Relaince customer care but they didn't take any action. Later met with one collection employee from Reliance communication then he suggested to make the payment of Rs. 2000 then only we can take
the approval for waiver. I paid the amount as per his instruction. but no action taken even after 3 months. Now, I have got leagal notice.
Suggest me what should I do now.
