| can any one guide how to solve this problem? i have reliancebroadband 300kbs unlimited plan its working good..but strange problem its logoff after 6 hourse... i talked to custamer care sayed no i can't do it.. what is this?what is problem in scripts..can any one hack or crack this? or any patch for this???can any one help for this problem...i want to my pc connected 24 hourse.... |

Rep Power: 4 | ^ sorry for that . I never heard of this type of problem . If it has a solution , it should be available on the net . instead I found similar problems of the Reliance Broadband . ( for e.g. Reliance - The worst internet connection providers. - Jimmy Thakkar Blog ) where are you Located ... and can you get out of this connection & take other ISP's broadband connection |

| The Reliance connection for consumers has been setup to automatically disconnect within 6 hours IF its inactive. If your downloading something it shouldnt disconnect. If you upgrade to the Small business plan you have the option of full connectivity without authentication but those might be a little expensive for home use. I've been using Reliance Broadnet 300KBPS the last couple months in my apartment and its been great so far. Promised speeds and no disconnections every 6 hours. Its a different thing its probably because I'm on a Mac. |

Rep Power: 0 | Dude, I've same problem too. I've unlimited plan of 75 kbps. After every few hours its automatically logged off. When I contacted them they told me: "to inform regarding automatic log off as opted the Flat free plan according to which if the system is idle for 30 minutes its gets automatically logged off from the system." what a stupid! Rep Power: 0 | I have taken reliance prepaid broad band. But this internet connection worked very few days only. Now the customer care and the cable operator are not responding nor care listening to us. Ultimately i lost my money. Reliance is hopeless. The Service Provided was horrible. This showed a very very unprofesstional attitude from their side. the matter is not regarding money, but the nature of the service provided. Is this the way to treat your customers? I’ve motivated many of my colleagues earlier to try this service but at this junction i'm sorry to say that i'm not at all happy with the service or better say 'no service' in the present situation. Under this circumstances, i have closed this connect of mine which exit only on paper. It was a very bad experience. I would suggest all not to option for any reliance product. |
