    Default Any Suggestion

    Can any one help me.

Am from tamilnadu. Using LSP 350-R Model. Platinum paln connection my problem is the speed.

During day time the downloading speed is 1.0 KB to 2.0 KB sometimes not able to download that runs in bytes. So horrible speed. But during night time it goes 12.0 KB to 20.0 KB at last comes down to 14.0KB.

I have complaint to reliance customer care. He told to delete cookies, temp internet files. But no use. Two Browsing center were closed due to this horrible connection. Not worth for paying money monthly 1500 + tax. we people are suffering a lot due to this type of slow speed.

    Location:
    City: Vaniyambadi.
    Dist: Vellore.
    State: Tamilnadu

^ are you getting promissed speed during nights ?

it appears that the problem is not in your settings .
It is at the server side of the ISP . If Reliance CC
doesnt respond to written complaint then approach
consumer forum . Also write your grievance to the
    popular News Papers ...

the actual problem is there connection with VSNL backbone which is going through a big shared pipe which included all type of service connections and not just you but even the dedicated ISDN/FR/ADSL/DSL connections suffers a lot.

these ISP never reveal there connection string as for them the designated connection are specified at a fixed branch speed and that is what the end-user should be educated about.

Reliance has the worst tech support and when u call them there answer doesnt make any sense every time as there knowledge is limited and documented. in short, they fear adventure.

so next time i should say, try something with other providers
