We have recently opted the Reliance broadband connetion in Pune.
The plan was 600Kbps /350 Mb free and then per min charges depending on the upload +download data transfer.
Every day I was using it for 4-5 hoours for the video chat using Skype.
and surpriseingly jsut after 8 days when i saw my data tranfer log(reliance sw tool) it shown some 8000MByte of data transferedd.I was shocked and then contacted Customer care.they were unable tell exactly what was happening.
Every customer care person had a different answer like..our tool has some problem currently so the data shown is not correct,another one data shown is in KB not in MB ,when I asked for the billing amount for those days..they says not possible to give it but after lots of fight I asked they said its RS11000-/ ...after some time again I called up next CC guy said..sir its RS10000-/ and he said he can give me the log also.I immedialtly asked for the disconncting the service without any delay..but they were started saying sir ...its our tool problem..dont worry.but no one was ready to give me firm answer.
Then I asked them to change the plan to unlimited ,75kbps/RS-400 per month.
they said ok ..your request is in progress ..and will take another week.but now even after 15 days fomr that date..nothing has happned.
everyday I call up they have new story...and also there customer care people are idiot and arrogant .they will cut the call if you ask the same thing twice or more.!!
y'day CC guy said sir ..your plan has been chnaged to unlimited ,I can see here.But when I checked in my PC it was still showing as 600kbps...not as 75kbps. Today again I called up they said no sir your plan is not changed yet..!!!!
I am getting made..what to do...with this people.
they have made my life hell....never go with reliance.
Its not reliable ....
