I am amazed how Reliance maintains there connection server.
well! actually its being a while since I called reliance for some clarifications on a billing issue.
First, I had to wait big time for customer rep. Next, the rep asked me all validating question to check I am the right person. I wanted some information and I got what I get to hear every time "Sir, our servers are down, please call us back again in 2 hours"
I freaked out and said, what's my fault if your servers are down. I the end user, really doesn't bother whether your servers and down or up, get me this information ASAP.
well, when I was done shouting, the only thing I can ask, "Could you tell me when your server are scheduled to go down, and why you don't have backup server which remain online'.
I wanted to ask, if they are using Windows server for their database, which I may count to say, o yeah, now I know why your servers are down"
well, finally the call was cut and I was back to square one.
God help those who are with Reliance.
