As BSNL BB was down for about 4 days, I approached Reliance and contacted one mr. Pinak patel 9328163336, a reliance marktg executive and paid Rs. 500 for a new connection. connection was initiated on 29/12/2009 at 12:50 PM by one SHAILESH.
WAN lamp went off after about 2 hours and after contacting various tel nos. finally I sent a mail to Pinak that I will 'STOP PAYMENT' my chq. he came running along with a tech and set right the system. Again it went off, again I spoilled my time and mind and again it was set right.
Today again WAN has gone since morning and when complained on 3037777 i was told somebody will contact within an hour....after 2 hours phone call came and said that tech will visit on Monday!!!
I found services of Reliance totally unRelaibale worst then BSNL and it is fustrating to talk to some faceless person in acall center for any compalint.
I would not recommend the service to anybody except my enemies.
