    For your kind info its NOT A MODEM! its a splitter which is used to deploy phone/fax service on metro Ethernet network.

    @prasadg2007
    Please check and download user manual
    InnoMedia: Broadband VoIP telephony CPE MTA ATA voice and video devices for residential SOHO and enterprise markets
    http://www.innomedia.com/manuals/mta...e4S_QIv1_1.pdf
    Problem:
    Cannot establish Internet connection.
    Solution:
    1. If the ADSL, LAN, and Ready LEDs are solidly lit, the MTA is working properly. Try restarting the computer so that it could reestablish a connec- tion with the MTA.
    2. Power cycle the MTA by removing the power adapter from the electrical outlet and plugging it back in. Wait several minutes for the MTA’s ADSL modem to reestablish communications with your ADSL service provider.
    3. If your PC is connected to a hub or gateway, try connecting the PC directly into the MTA.
    4. If you are using a phone line splitter, try removing the splitter and connect the MTA directly to the ADSL phone line wall outlet. Wait several min- utes for the MTA to reestablish communications with your ADSL service provider.
    5. Your RJ-11 cable may be damaged. Try using another cable.
    6. If none of these suggestions work, contact your ADSL service provider for further assistance.
