Thread: reliance telecom

I visited the reliance telecoms head office at DAKC in navi mumbai yesterday and must agree that it is one of the best places to work in,the reliance network all over the globe is controlled from there.It looks more like a futuristic command centre with giant theatre like screens showing u everything from no of sms's sent every minute to ofc breakdown in any part of the world.In case of a natural calamity the entire operation is transferred to their other base in hyderabad much like a sci fi movie.I have to agree they have the worlds best technology like bts systems etc but sadly their service isnt good only if they improved it they probably would have been the best telecom co in India.And the reason for it is that they earn big bucks from business related services so they arent concerned with people like us and one more thing the execs over there didnt even know that there was no mention of wimax on their website and it wasnt advertised

That is because Wimax is not officially launched in India.... remember that 3G and Wimax auctiona are still pending...once that is done they can advertise Wimax.... I was told so by Reliance Executive

but they have launched wimax? there may be a possibility that they might not have been allocated the spectrum

I am also waiting for wimax in my area
