I had appled for cancellation for connection of relaince last week as I am goung out of city after 2 weeks .I got a call claiming that it wil be done within a week and now its been more than a week and stille no cancellation and the worst part is the connection is not working for a the past 4 days "I get limited or no connectivety error " I called the call center they sent a guy but still no result the boy told me he will come next day with a laptop and it has been 3 days there is no sign of him and the call center exec says the connection has still not been cancelled and i have to pay till the date it has not been cancelled
