    Conditions :
    NO wifi : No router

Did you get an ADSL modem from Reliance ?
Is it Phone line based, and you also use a Reliance and land line telephone ?

    2. Both systems are desktop computers ?

    3. By adding another Ethernet PCI card, both computers may be connected to Internet.
A cross over cable (Rj45 type Cat 6 I think ) extra needed.
Master computer used to log in and should be kept connected to Internet.

    Feedback.

Not sure, how to do it but in bsnl modem what i used to do is i dont use any dial up i just entered into modem and in modem itself i had put login details so now what i had to done to connect to net is simply turn on modem and i have my internet and if i turn off it disconnects. Since my modem had for ports i could connect them to 4 Pc's and use internet simultaneously.

I have never seen reliance modem but take the name of ur modem and search on net how to enter into the modem. If you gt success put ur login detail there.

You'll have to log-out from the first PC before logging in from the 2nd PC. That is probably because Reliance uses the MAC Address of your PC to keep the session.

Easiest way to share this reliance connection is to buy a Wireless router as Reliance broadband doesn't use the PPPoE method like Airtel and BSNL.

The steps to configure the setup is nicely explained in this thread: (Reliance Broadnet Problems solved...)

    Please post this data.
    Copy/Paste here.
    START run type cmd
    OK
    new window
    type ipconfig /all

can you access the modem settings page ?
Confirm model number is ONLY mta6628.........
There are different models with same number.
Any built in battery which is to be charged ?
