Is there anyone whos using reliance broadband net?

If yes, then please let me know about their service and customer support.
coz i have heard that they really suck at it.

But are you using the reliance broadband currently?

they provide high end features with attractive tariffs.......U can go ahead....

Dont go with Reliance Broadnet, I have been using there wireline broadband from last 6 months, and trust me there hasn't been any month when I have not called CC. 1 month there would be a problem with there billing, or the line would be down for half of the month. Totally un-reliable connection.

I've been using Reliance for one month now. I must agree with others that while they have exciting plans, they suck at service and support.

Even BSNL is better than Reliance.

I've been using reliance for the past 3 years and its good.....
The new plans are awesome.... I've just migrated to Rs749+taxes day 600kbps and night 1mbps unlimited........
And whenever(every 3 or 4 months) i complain to the CC they come that very day to my house or the next day morning to fix the problem............

i 'm having reliance for the 3 months as now, they have attractive plans but poor in service and people at technical support are not technically strong .i have faced lot of problems with this isp provider like login issues, some sites will not open due to their server in resolving DNS, etc.

Are u from mumbai?....coz i'm from mumbai and i was looking forward ta take reliance broadband.
