I'm looking to buy a broadband service(wired or wireless), shortlisted reliance netconnect usb internet. I and maybe many want to know what is the probability that a customer is cheated by over billing, faulty usb modem or internet speeds lower than promised. Is reliance good otherwise suggest some reliable ISP for personel use.
