I am a proud owner of Reliance since 2 years for now
But now at the rate at which they are providing the net it seems to be much pricey
Hence I decided to close the connection.
I applied for the same.
I got a call from RIL after 2 days asking the reason for the closing of the connection.
I told them accordingly about the hogh prices.
The person on other end said that Reliance is concerned about the reduction of customers due to high rates.
He asked me to hold on till this month end, as he said that Reliance will come up with new plans and he ll personally call back to let me know the details
I agreed as my billing cycle was yet to complete on 23rd May.
Lets see what new strategy Reliance plays to overcome the pricing.
Or is it just a call to complete my billing cycle
Any updates from Reliance to me will be updated here at the month end.
