Thread: Connecting Reliane is Painful

I am in Coimbatore. Whenever I am trying to connect to my Broadnet connection with reliance, it takes atleast 7 minutes to get connected. The reliancebroadnet.com site is so slow, that it takes atleast 3 to 4 minutes to load and then when the id and password is given it went blank and after trying atleast 3 to 4 times only, I can able to connect to the site. Are any of the friends facing the same problem?. How can I overcome this.

minimum time is 5 min on Wimax till the ip is assign,abt the REL site it works fine for me when i had old connection.
now i got new connection of REL Wimax(i moved to new place) and i have paid for half yearly plan (got one month and a Static ip Free! ) they gave me the id but they said i dont need to log in rel web page all i need to do is wait for 5 min for ip to assign.

u can complain abt the rel web page to CC.
