Thread: Some Clarification needed regarding new Reliance Wire-line Broadband Connection

I want to take a new Reliance Wireline Broadband Connection Rs 649/- 600kbps Combo plan. With regarding to installation and other initial charges. How much do I need to pay? is it only Rs.500 or Rs.500 for internet + 800 for landline?

Could the Reliance Broadband users in the forum pls clarify?

Furthermore, the sales guy told me that if I pay 3 months rental in advance, you do not even have to pay Rs. 500.

i am pay 500 for installation charges $ it will adjust in my first bill so i don't pay my first bill......

I'm in no plan. After taking the form and papers, the morons tell me its not feasible to provide a connection as of now.

Still stuck with BSNL which has been giving lottsa problems since last few months.

"not feasible" is usually Airtel Broadand's line..

moreover i got the confirmation from Reliance Support that installation charge is only 500 for combo plans
