Angry Trouble in migrating to COMBO 749 plan

I got a new Reliance internet connection about 2 months ago after paying installation charges of Rs.500.At that time the combo plan 749 wasn't there. So I took 400kbps UL Rs.749 plan.
After about a month the new plans came out.And when I tried to shift to combo plan the CC people said the I should to have land-line to apply for a combo plan.I contacted the same sales executive and he took another Rs.500 towards installation charges for the telephone and said that I could get the combo plan.
But when I call the CC and ask them to change the plan they say that the Landline and the internet connection are in different billing account numbers so they asked me get both to a single billing account number .But the sales executive is not doing it.And now I cannot get the Combo plan.
I am paying the same Rs.749 for UL 400kbps plan while in the combo plan they give a speed of 600kbps during daytime and 1mbps during nighttime.
When I tell the CC that the executive is not combining both the plans they want me to apply for a new combo plan by paying another Rs.500.
    What should I do?
How do I get them to change my plan?

That ***** sales guy duped you, sales guys from Reliance are thieves, do one thing surrender both connections and opt for fresh installation and chose that 749 plan because its a silly reliance policy that u need to have both(internet+land-line)on same billing account no to get a combo plan but keep in mind once you subscribed to combo plan then you cant revert back to normal flat fee plans if you want to use flat fee again then you have to get a new connection!! hence more wastage of money.

I can get a new connection but what concerns me is that the sales person is so uninterested about the customer after he gives a connection. Before giving the connection is so much interested and full of energy I don't understand what happens to all that after the connection is given, nothing.
Now by taking a new connection I would have spent Rs.1500 just on installation.
Sometimes its not just about money ,it is not liking to be cheated.

No, I thought you were suggesting some solution for getting combo plan on the same line without having to pay the sales executive again.
    Anyways thanks.

    It worked.
I kept calling the CC for 1 month. But they kept on telling me that it is not possible to migrate to a combo plan.So I got fed up and asked them to disconnect and when I got a call for confirmation I explained the problem to them ,they combined the accounts and changed my plan to Combo749 within a week.
But I also applied for a new connection on the same day that I asked for cancellation. The sales person took the cheque for RS.500.I didn't take the connection though and told him that the problem with my old connection was sort out.So the sales person said that he will be sending the cheque in a few days.I am waiting for it.
Now I know how to get things done from Reliance Broadband.

Same thing happened with me...Simple solution go to Reliance WebWorld take your bill along with you & tell them to put it under same account no. Sales Officer will not do anything out here cause his work is just to sale that product... he gives a dam about Customer satisfaction so don't expect him to solve out your issue. After you visit Reliance WebWorld make sure you carry document for both your internet & telephone line and if they don't put it under same account no. just tell them you want to surrender both land-line & internet connection & let them know the reason of surrender. Trust me your issue will be resolved within 48hr. You don't have to worry so much; Dude become a Smart Worker not a Hard Worker.
