| Junior Member | I am still stuck with reliance boradband as I still haven't found the perfect broadband provider. As of now I'm facing much trouble because of this ISP. The very recent trouble I landed into is banned dynamic IP. I regularly post entries on my blog and which requires me to have access to a database. But since last 2 days I have been assigned a dynamic IP that has been banned across the web. The result - I can not post anything on my blog because the database server refuses the connection and returns a 403 error. What's worse is that the customer service does not have a clue as to how to solve this problem. It seems that reliance just gets customer rep's with pretty voices but numb witted brains who don't know **** about IP's. My advice - Go for a static IP if you can afford it. Else opt for a provider that gives you a static IP for free. |
