I am creating this topic as I have been facing regular problems with Reliance Broadnet connection.
Somehow some certain websites become inaccessible at times. Even Facebook .
Especially when loading more than 1 page at a time( eg. if you open FF with multiple tabs/pages or if FF crashes and you reload it) Often get an Oop Firefox could not find web page error.
The problem is with Reliance DNS servers.
Just change the DNS server to Google DNS or open DNS and the browsing problems are solved.
Note that it does not affect the speed at all neither in browsing nor in downloads.
All you have to do is Go to you Local area connection adapter > Right Click >Properties> Select Internet Protocol version 4(TCP/IPv4) > Properties >
Select Use the following DNS server addresses and enter this
GOOGLE DNS
Prefered (Primary) 8.8.8.8
Alternate(secondary) 8.8.4.4
OPEN DNS
208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220.
