    Default Data usage problems with Reliance

    Problems with Reliance billing/data usage
    Is anyone else facing this issue ?

    Service: Reliance BroadBand NetConnect
    Using HUAWEI USB modem to connect using laptop
    Been using this service for the last 3 months.
    No problems with the service.
    The problem is with the calculation of data usage.

    On their wesite (myservices.relianceada.com) Reliance has a 'Data Usage' tab where usage details are given (Date, Time, Duration, KB downloaded)
    etc.
    I save this file & open it in Excel. No changes are made to this file.
    I use this to check my usage to see if I am within the usage limits. Its pretty straightforward.
    The first couple of months I noticed some small discrepancies in the billing amount.

    In May there was a major difference. The data remaining the same, how could there be a difference ?
    The only possibility may be the monthly billing cycle used for calculating the usage for that period.
    Anyway called up their helpline, made a complaint, got a complaint number.
    Got a call from Reliance, Mumbai. Was asked to send a copy of my spreadsheet to them. Sent it.
    Got a call again, where the exec admitted that there could have been a mistake in the usage details given by Reliance.
    So far so good.
    But when the bill came, wham !!, there was no correction !
    So called up again, another complaint number, another call from Reliance.
    This time it was a CDR Report from Reliance (excel format). Noticed that even according to their own CDR Report their totalling was wrong.
    So called up again, another complaint number, another call from Reliance.
    Now their tone was different. They were saying that the whole process was automated & hence there could not be a mistake.
    This time they gave me a couple of numbers of their Nodal Officer.
    Both numbers were dead.
    Called up again, they gave me an email ID.
    Sent my spreadsheet & details to this ID & still waiting for a response.

    This whole process/dialogue has gone on for a month. No relief in sight.

    Default reliance broadband

    if you have relience broadband, that means you have more
    faltu time or your are very intrested to telephone tlak with
    relience pepole,
    becuese relince broadband is not for use,
    its just paying bill to relience
