I applied for Reliance wired connection on 16th July and was waiting for it to be installed and activated. I received a confirmation from reliance broadband services details like Subscriber ID/s etc. Later on there was no further information from reliance and I kept on waiting until I started follow-up with them from 26th Jul and sent email on 29th July. After this I recd a call from someone in installation dept saying that the service is not available at this location and they will be cancelling my application. Till this time the cheque that I gave in advance for installation charges was neither debited from my account nor presented. Later on, on 30th I saw that the amount has been debited and by this I thought that may be they have arranged for providing connection in my appartment. After that I have been simply following up with them but in vain. Can anyone suggest waht can be done in this case?
