I know exactly where I'm posting - if you search the Tata Indicom forum you will find that no one has come up with the same sort of idea to create a script that can keep US logged in.

Please have a little sympathy for those of us with Tata Indicrap and let my post be answered with a solution.

As I clearly mentioned before, Tata Indicom unlimited users are ALSO logged off without reason or rhyme every few hours just like you Reliance users!!!! THAT'S why I posted here!!!

Many apologies for crossing the line, and many hopes/thanks in advance for the much, much, much needed help,

Yours truly Prakash

Hi all,

There is an option in the UT-300R2 modem known as 'Connect on Demand' In the modem settings itself we can put the web login id and password to get uninterrupted connection. But no one knows and the idiots at UTStar or Reliance ADAG not responding with my queries.

Anyone can help????

Hi,

Didnt know of this option....Will have to explore.

Thanks. Do keep us informed, if you progress further.

Btw, there is a similar option in my Netgear Wifi router. I have tried that, and it does not work. My guess is that since the user name/password has to be entered on a "page", the router does not understand that. I am sure if Reliance had used a more "standard" way of authentication, then it would have worked.

cheers

Default IP address to Router and/or Linux boxes

If your Router allows you to set Vendor Class Identifier, set it to "MSFT 5.0" without quotes and also MAC ID from a PC Ethernet NIC. This way your DHCP client will tell Reliance DHCP server that it is a PC running XP.

A similar approach can be followed on linux boxes if you are using ISC dhclient with -V option or by setting in the conf file.

hello!

i am cursing myself for not reading on this site BEFORE i got my reliance connection.

well, thats bridge under the water.

my problem is simple.
my IP cameras cant do that web login.

and the UTSc 300R2 modem is in bridge mode, and i cant even telnet or http into its console.

can anyone help me by telling me step by step how to reset the modem out of bridge mode??

i think i can configure the modem in PPPoE mode, but i cant come out of bridge mode - i even tried hard memory reset. jumped the hynix chip i did, but still no go.

please help me,
Ark!

Hello Everyone,
Even after getting an IP address, I cant open the reliance login page on my laptop.
What could be the cause? Some settings of LAN adapter or browser?
Please help!

Default configure mtnl wifi router with broadnet

Hi guys,

I have the mtnl broadband connection as well as the reliance broadnet connection.

Recently mtnl has been giving me continuous line drops after 1min of connectivity.
