i connected my router to Airtel leaseline modem through my WAN1 .....
Mention model and number. Binatone ?

    For VPN network:
Usually you use dialer to connect.
the Network settings are different. ( tunnelling etc )

    Explain "pinging from outside"
Say connect from your Home ?

    netgear FVS336G vpn router
    emulator not loading for study.

    modem SCHMID Leasedline modem +
    NETGEAR FVS336Gv2

    STUDY:
http://support.netgear.com/ci/fattac...20Firewall.pdf 5 pages for VPN setup.
    (A)
This is like accessing an Office VPN network ( un attended ) from a remote location. ( say Home )
usually log in to Internet , and use ID/PW via another VCO in your modem, set for Ipsec pass etc.
Confirm this. I am not familiar with this set up.
    (B)
or all the SIX computers set up as a HOME network ?
and can acccess files/folders from each other .?
To access from remote location ( Home )NOT POSSIBLE . I think.
    (C)
You have to accesss all the six computers or only one Master ?
    Give the OS used .
    In your Home (computer: )laptop
    Start RUN type cmd Ok
    New window
    type ipconfig /all
    copy/paste data here.
Some tunnel data will be seen for VPN circuit.

Please give the details so that help from some other member.
    is available.
    I will also try!!!

Senthill, you have a leased line and a group of 16 public IP addresses. This is expensive stuff: you should spend a little more on the services of a qualified professional network engineer and not have any more worries. You will need to discuss with them what you want to achieve, and why, and they should be able to implement it. They should leave you with a working system that is also secure. They should be able to do all this in a day!

This is exactly what I did when, even as an experienced systems manager, I first had to face connection to the outside world with public IP addresses: it is just not worth getting it all wrong, because even though you may achieve a situation where everything looks as if it is working, you could also have a situation that is utterly insecure.

If you want help on a public forum, then you must provide more information. Why do you want your PCs to have public addresses? It is not normally done: public addresses are assigned to servers (eg mail and net) but even they are usually given private addresses on the LAN and accessed via firewall/NAT/VPN. Sorry, retired eight years ago: I have forgotten most of the detail about how this stuff is done.
