Default Upload speed reduced in Reliance wired BB ??

    Hi bros

Seems like problems will never end for indian broadband users...

I have reliance wired BB plan(1mbps) from past 2 months.
The upload and download speed was pretty much same around that time. It was approx. 90-120 KBps all the time.

Now suddenly from past few days the upload speed has been reduced to half i.e. around 40-50 KBps only !!!! The download speed is same as before.

I am using all kinds of upload managers including FTP client. The upload speed is same in all of them.

Did reliance put any kind of restriction on uploads ???? Did anyone else experience the same problem in upload speed ??

    Here is the pathetic snapshot.

Insane speed !! This is not fair at all ... I believe you have a metro ethernet.

    BTW i am on ADSL.

I just talked to my local service provider. He said there is some local problem.
Technicians are on their way from Chandigarh. I don't believe him.
I hope the problem will be resolved soon.......

I'm from punjab. Only a few broadband provides are available in my city- bsnl, reliance and Connect. I've tried all of them. I'm most pleased with reliance but not at this moment..

So finally my upload speed is back to normal.

It is around 85 KBps now. Not bad at all.

Speedtest results are not accurate though.

The license of speedtest app at reliance is expired !!
Couldn't believe this. This is so unprofessional.

Anyways, happy ending for the moment.
