Thread: Reliance modem issue

Hi all,
I recently got the wired broadband connectio from reliance with 649 combo plan with 600 kbps speed few days back.
I was getting all good commendable speeds until my modem stopped working, the ADSL & LAN led's in the modem started blinking continiously , The customer care guy told me that the ADSL led should be stable.

The third day if I'am getting a service problem, its making me think that have I made a mistake choosing this broadband service from Reliance?
Any how I have lodged a complaint and they will be responsing in 24 hrs time.

Have any one faced the sasme issue out here?
Any comments on this whatz the reason behind this modem issue?
I'am from Coimbatore actually.

The above stated problem seems to be never ending,
This Issue was rectified for just one night & the same problem arises again the next day!
Till now I get no one to come & solve the issue permanantly.
Who knows this repeates like a viscious circle again & again!

Please mention the modem/model/make/number.
Is it ZTE zxdsl 831 AII?
Are you using "DiALER" MODE ?(userID/PW in computer window )
or
PPP/PPPoE mode ( UserId/PW entered in wan page of modem )

I'l let u know the moden n make of my modem , but I use the net by opening the reliance web page from any of my browsers and type my user name & password , henceforth access the net/Download.
I also have pluged in the Lethium Ion battery ( given by the manufacturer) so that my downloads are not affected by the power fluctuations in my area(not that very frequent though).

My Modem model number is Inno Media MT A6628-1Be2S
