Dear All,
I had my new Modem issue which took a 10 days to get resolved by my local reliance team.
The customer care told me that I can claim for these 10 days as I did not get the net connectivity.
Can any one commment on this and guide me how is this done ?
How can I claim after the bill is generated & also how can I claim before the bill is generated,
Also fyki im usin 649 combo unlimited plan.
