    Default BILLING claim

    Dear All,
    I had my new Modem issue which took a 10 days to get resolved by my local reliance team.
    The customer care told me that I can claim for these 10 days as I did not get the net connectivity.
    Can any one commment on this and guide me how is this done ?

    How can I claim after the bill is generated & also how can I claim before the bill is generated,
    Also fyki im usin 649 combo unlimited plan.

    Send mail at broadband@relianceada.com or call them to wave off your money,Reliance calculates usage on pro rata basis as you stated you are on 649 plan so per day charge of that plan is Rs 21 approx so you should get waiver of 210-220.
