Thread: Worst Netconnect Broadband

I had bought the reliance netconnect broadband just two days before expecting a good net speed.
But to my experience it is one of the worst net connection I have ever seen in my life.
Moreover as heard since long from other the Netconnect Dialer GUI shows me a fake speed of 3.1 MbPS at all times when in fact the net speed is so slow which I can experience.
When I tested the speed using various tools and finally with speedtest.net then I normally get a speed of ~0.13 MbPS throughout the day which is not as promised of 3.1 MBPS.
Pls do not tell that the speedtest.net site is fake. I along with many people have tested it with various net providers and it shows the correct speed.
In my earlier wireline net provider it used to show me a proper speed of 1 MBPS which was as promised by them.
But with Reliance its exactly the opposite.
Infact Netconnect Dialer shows a manipulated speed.
The number of times the net gets disconnected is uncountable.

The sales person had offered to refund during buying the net, but that fellow is refusing saying that we refund only there is no signal. Since you are getting the signal we will not refund.

I agree with you reliance is worst broadband.
