I was using reliance broad band for couple of years. I faced a lot of issues since the beginning. The last week my connection was lost completely for 5 days. So i just disconnect there broadband and switched to 3G. Reliance is a big company where no one is responsible for anything.

I have taken reliance netconnect connection and then i have disconnected it after 5 months. I have taken 10 Gb day and 10 Gb night plan. Every month i used to get a bill in excess of Rs. 3000/- they used to charge me for a head stating value added services. I have asked them to give me itemized billing. The bill used to mention i never exceeded 7 Gb in night/ day, still they used to bill me in excess. I have escalated n number of times but nothing happened. they themselves dont know what is that value added service. Finally i have disconnected the connection

i am having rel net connect from 2 months with unlimited silver plan for which they had assured me a min speed of 600kbps ...... ,,,,,,, bu but but
i have never seen its speed more than 100kbps ,n that too some times ....... realy this realince is a **** in this field
