Reliance : Thug company Hello everyone
i am a student , remain busy all day in my college. i got installed Reliance broadband at home . my billing cycle ends on 23th of month. 13th january was my last day of bill payment . I went to Reliance store to pay my bill.
Executive at store told me that the server is down they can not update and take payment .
So in evening , again approached Reliance store for bill payment , even that time there server was down . Internet at my home was even not working so unable to make payment by debit card. I contacted Reliance customer care to solve this problem.she told me that you have to make payment by any mean otherwise late fees will be levied on your account.
what the hell is service of Reliance ? even they can not kep there stores internet working , how will they provide better services to other people....
BIG LOOP HOLE IN Reliance networking
Reliance networking seems to be open ended like a home network. In my college we use "ipmsg" to transfer files one laptop to another laptop via wireless connection.
In my home i tried "ipmsg" and i was able to interact with 12 people .
Internet at home is of private nature whereas reliance is providing shared connection and people are not aware of this .
shared connection may lead to your privacy at risk. when we are paying for private home connection why they are providing us a shared connection?
