Thread: wifi modem in Reliance

Hi,

I recently took reliance broad band connection. and found they installed only wire / lan modem. not the wifi one, they same i got from BSNL.

Reliance said, you need to buy from market to make wifi.

Pl suggest which model is suitable for me.

I have bsnl type II modem, can it serve with reliance.

Also i need auto connect facility (the same in bsnl and it is working fine at my office)

Better to get a wifi plan from Reliance.

Can you access the modem menu pages.
Modem supplied by Reliance :
mention make/model/number.

Can you change to PPP/PPPoE mode ( In WAN settings )
( Check whether "bridged" is selected .
Also whether "MER" option available )
