Thread: Reliance not solving problem: Anyone advice

Hi!!

We have reliance broadband connection in our office. Our is 15 ppl company. Since last four days we have problem in connection and getting message as server down. We have been lodging complaint and we get complaint number. After ten mins we get message that our problem has been resolved and complaint number is closed. We dont even get conformation call. We have lodged more than 30 complaints and problem still persist.

Due to this effect we have lost one contract and company is bearing loss of around 25000 every day due to non completion of work in non availability of internet.

Can anyone advice what should we do?

You should have BSNL Broadband connection also.
If you are committed to Reliance , by paying an
annual rental, consider an unlimited business plan
from BSNL.

You may also invest in DUAL WAN port router ,so
that if one isp fails other ISP works. ( Both failing
at same time considered remote possibility. )
