I took the connection some 6 months back, till January 31st, it was fine and I never had any disconnection. But the problems started since then, every alternate day, it gets disconnected. Whenever you
raise any complaint, it will be closed without any intimation to you, and without solving the problem. In between if you write an email, you will get a standard reply that they are looking at it at high priority. But nothing happens literally, couple of times, the executive will visit your home to try to solve the problem, but I assure you it will be of no use.
Then finally I raised a request to cancel the services on 25th February, but till today nothing happend, when I called the customer care, they are telling it will happen in another 2 days. I also sent a mail to Nodal officer.
Keeping my fingers crossed, when they will terminate the services.
