Can i get Reliance Wired Broadband in Shivajinagar, Pune-5 ?

I had asked this question 4 years back for getting wired broadband connection and the answer was NO and still when i ask it for today still they are not capable of providing me wired line broadband connection. It is really strange that company like reliance is not ready to provide connection in prime area like Shivajinagar,Pune.
