Two months back i bought reliance Broadband data card, till one month it works fine, on second month i asked to enable 750 plan on my number, they did so

but then the speed goes to 250 kbps, even reliance home page couldn't load at this speed..

Is any body else facing same issue... if you have any better suggestions let me know because i am bit confuse what to do, as this is my first data card.
