Default Ok need to know head ups about this

After long searching , i can only get reliance broadband here so , i have chosen this plan

    combo 1 Mb/s plan of 1099 Rs.

Now i only need to know the FUP Or CAP If it is there & will they give me a router or a modem [ i need a router ]

what is that auto plan selection thing or i think the thing where you have to choose the plan daily

can't i just tell reliance that i want this 1024 kb/s unlimited plan fixed & i don't want any changes to it

Need your help ASAP my MTNL Is really giving me horrors of frequent disconnections & even the top officials don't help solve this issue

    Hello

Did you checked rcom.co.in/Rcom/personal/internet/wired_postpaidplans.html Welcome to Reliance Communications
but there is no 1099 plan..and i think they will provide the cpe as it is mentioned No Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) rental on thier website.. and i think its better to contact someone from Reliance about FUP.
    Regards

They give a wired (non-wifi) router with 4 sockets - at least that is what I got - a Billion or UTStar make, I think. I replaced it with a DNA BSNL wifi router I have though. But it depends on the type of connection - the above applies to ADSL/phone based connection. There is a CPE etc. for the other type of wired connection.

    There is no FUP.

Speed selection does not apply to postpaid unlimited connections - at least I never had to do any selections and am on 1099 plan.

    @ Glass

Really thanks bro , please can you tell me what is CPE , and so if i download 50 GB+ Data i will not get speed cut from 1 Mb/s [ 128 kb/s download speed ] to any other slower speed right

& how is the connection does disconnection occur frequently

This thread can be of interest to you.
Mind says tata photon whiz Heart says bsnl broadband
CPE: Customer Premises equipment ( usually modem/router in this context)
When speed offered is high F.U.P ( fair Usage Policy ) is applied, so that
some users cannot download at a higher speed( H24 automated or otherwise ) and affect speed of other normal users.
In theory at 512Kbps same speed ( BSNL plan ) 120GB per month
download possible ( *ideal :conditions apply H24 )

CPE = 'Customer Premises Equipment' as essbebe said. A slightly larger box than just a router/modem for non-ADSL connections. You should find some pics on some the threads here.

Yes, no speed reductions until now.

I don't face any disconnections - but it sometimes depends on your locality infrastructure for the provider.

And you are aware of the slightly different web based login system and session expiry after 24 hours, right? (though you can always use a script to auto login).

Type of input cable varies depending on location - it could be like the telephone cable/ADSL or like LAN cable.

Yes, you need to login each time you start your computer in a web page (or use an automated script).
