This is the worst service for the net. I took REliance broadband service 2 months back with 3mbps speed but as soon as they activated i saw that it was slow than my previous speed which was of only 256kbps. I called to customer service immediately so they told it will be solved in 10 days. but after 2 months also i didnot get any solution. due to which i got cut in pay as i work from home and iam unable to send the proper reports on time.
same with the intercom service in my appartment. they approached saying they will do it in 1 week but after 2 months also we didnot get the connection and we went for another intercom service.
