Hello everyone,
I am facing problem with my reliance broadband.
I had applied for a reliance broadband 10 days back.
Reliance had provided me a modem (black colour box) and a 2 pair wiring has been done from building dp box to my flat.
After every 2 days(sometimes 1 day) the wan light in the modem goes off and internet stops working.There is no dial tone in phone also.
The engineer comes after a lot of followup and simply changes the port of my connection wire in the dp box and internet starts working.This has happened four times and their four ports in the dp box have become unusable.
Once the engineer said that thier dp box and thier modem is fine and there is some problem in my laptop.So i had formatted my laptop but the port is still blowing off.
This same problem had occured to another person in my building a year back and he had terminated his connection.
I was very reluctant to take reliance bb but the sales person said this problem would not occur and gave his personal gurantee.
Now this sales person had given the number of his senior Mr Sandey 9321914678 (who is area sales manager of reliance broadband).
After repeated followup both salesman and asm have stopped picking up my calls.
Does anyone has a solution to keep this connection running.

Please reply before all the ports in the dp gets blown.
