    Thumbs down Reliance..bad service..bad customer care

    I am Aarish Khan and i am customer of reliance broadband.
    From the morning of 8th MAY,2011 till date (9 days) my connection is not working. The problem that shows up is limited or no connectivity error. Repeated calls to customer care has done nothing to solve the issue. All i get to hear from them is a usual "it will work within 24 hours" .They tell they will send an engineer the next day but no one ever comes.They also give complaint numbers which they terminate without solving the problem
    These are some of the complaint numbers- 152556015 and 152621771.
    Now i am tired of calling the CC as i think its a waste of time.
    If this is how they treat their customers then i think i am moving on to other provider.THIS IS IT!!!

    when i was reliance customer with netconnect cdma 1 X even mine complained was closed without any solution also when i complain again they said your complain is solved and u cant open new complain till few weeks .

    If there are other broadband options, it is wiser to switch to them. The performance levels of the operators are more or less the same.

    UPDATE:
    After a couple of mails to their support and CC i finally got a call from them.Now they are telling that "there is some sort of 'fire' at the place causing disruption in service. Rest assured the service will be back up in 2-3 days."
    I think this is the latest most ingenious way of telling us to not call for the next 2-3 days.By the way its the 11th day without service.

    Customer is always right, customer first! As a service provider, we always offer what we can to the customers to have the win win situation.

    As a customer, we have to try to understand the company's concern. I believe they always do the best to serve us the best.

    I hope both Reliance and aarishkhn could have work out a win win solutions after this.

    Reliance is BU****IT!!
    Almost a month without service now...And shameless people are sending MONTHLY BILLS!!!
    They aren't even terminating the service after so many calls.
    I think if they don't get payed the connection will be automatically terminated or perhaps even repaired ---WHO KNOWS!!!

    who said it is India's no. 1 network.. it is a thirdclass network..and more over the customer care is also third class. m fedup with all this things. each time i call to give complaint.. and when ever i call to disconnect my no. they reply that our system is upgrading so can't take ur request so call later.. wat the hell is going on.. we r here to call CC every day so that they take our request/complaints. from
    last 5 months (don't know how many times i called) to give complaints regarding network problems but no one has taken my complaint. even i have given written complaint but no one has called back and neither the problem is solved.Even they reply to us that why we don't go to nearest store to give complaint..( if that was possible then why we have called u)... How come the bill is been updated each month without any problem..that time their system is not upgrading..

    Last week when i wrote an email to appellite authority, he replied that there is no complaint given by me.. Then where the hell the complaint has gone? they really discard it without solving..till today when i didn't got any call from them, i called in CC again. n now they have taken the request to terminate. they know very well how to fetch money from customers..now they will be not terminating till i pay my this months bill n the extra 7 days charges also bcoz today they have taken the request.. they just know how to postpone it so that people will give more money.....
    I like to inform everyone plz don't take reliance.. better try another provider..
