From the morning of 8th MAY,2011 till date (9 days) my connection is not working. The problem that shows up is limited or no connectivity error. Repeated calls to customer care has done nothing to solve the issue. All i get to hear from them is a usual "it will work within 24 hours" .They tell they will send an engineer the next day but no one ever comes.They also give complaint numbers which they terminate without solving the problem
These are some of the complaint numbers- 152556015 and 152621771.
Now i am tired of calling the CC as i think its a waste of time.
If this is how they treat their customers then i think i am moving on to other provider.THIS IS IT!!!
